Jean O'Sullivan
Medical Director

Professor Jean O’ Sullivan is the Medical Director at Physician Partners and is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Tallaght University Hospital and a senior lecturer at Trinity College Dublin. Professor O’ Sullivan is the Chair and Medical Director of an international organisation, Global Emergency Care Skills which has provided skills based training in trauma care to over 600 healthcare staff in African hospitals. Prof O’Sullivan is Chair of the Global Health committee of the Forum of Postgraduate Training Bodies and works with UNITAR to build medical education platforms. Prof O’Sullivan has extensive board experience in the non-profit sector and also sits on a State Board by Ministerial Appointment. She was awarded a Diploma in Company Direction by the Institute of Directors, a Diploma in Forensic and Legal Medicine by UCD, and a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine by RCSEd. Professor O’Sullivan was the 2021 recipient of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine William Rutherford Humanitarian Award.

Declan Murphy
CEO

Declan is the founder and CEO of Servisource Recruitment Ltd. Declan is an entrepreneur with 22 years’ experience in Recruitment, the last 12 of which have been in the Recruitment sector. He has established recruitment businesses in Ireland, the UK and Germany and founded the homecare business ‘Myhomecare’ which now employs over 400 staff throughout Ireland. He holds a M.Sc. in International Business and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Certified Mediator and holds several other business qualifications. He has successfully led a number of HSE and private projects in staffing and managed services. Declan also founded the inaugural National Homecare Conference and has raised over €150K over the past 7 years to tackle homelessness in Haiti and South Africa for two Irish charities

Niall Mc Devitt

Niall McDevitt is a seasoned professional with years of extensive experience in project management and recruitment within the healthcare industry. As the Director of Cpl Healthcare, Niall has demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing a vast team responsible for both nationwide and international staffing needs. His work primarily focuses on temporary and permanent placements in nursing, allied health, social care, and healthcare assistant roles across the public and private sectors. Since 2010, Niall has been leading Cpl Healthcare as Director. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have notably expanded the company's reach, including successful partnerships with the NHS in the UK and various clients in Australia, the Middle East, and Bermuda. Niall has been pivotal in managing significant projects for notable clients like St. George’s Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and the Health Service Executive (HSE) in various regions.
